A Green Winter and Colorful Summer Shareholder pick up
Farming is year-round at Eaton’s Creek Organics.
With the use of several un-heated hoop houses, we’ve extended our
growing seasons.
Planting
is done in September and October in the hoop houses in order to produce
wonderful winter/early spring crops, such as greens, lettuce, collards,
kale and chard. Chinese greens are also grown, along with delicious and
winter squash. In summer there are heirloom tomatoes, squash, 3 types of
peppers, and other great summer veggies. These farming practices allow ECO to grow the organic foods you crave
year-round.

To find out what we harvest each week, join our email list. We’ll then send you weekly menus of ECO’s available fresh produce, allowing you to order what selections you want for the week. ECO winter and summer shareholders pick up produce at conveniently located sites.
